Proxy Generator crashes on start

When the window opens, after about 5 seconds it's crashing. All the 5 seconds my cursor is a loading wheel.

Normally I would do a reinstallation but it looks like I would have to reinstall DR completely. Is that correct?
Any other ideas?

If you provided some information about your system, i.e. Resolve version and OS version, we could give you guidance on providing a proxy generator log to see what the issue might be.

Where you got that file, zip the whole Blackmagic Proxy Generator folder and send that.

I followed this path:
C:\Users\<Benutzername>\AppData\Local\Blackmagic Design\Blackmagic Proxy Generator\logs

I took the wrong file in there. Sorry.
That should be the right one.

That is the correct path. Please zip the entire Blackmagic Proxy Generator folder and send that.
