19.1.3 - Resolve will not open after splash screen

Hello, running Resolve.exe brings up the splash screen and closes shortly after - the program does not open.

Here are all the steps I have tried:

- Restarting PC mult. times
- Killing anything BMD/DR related in task manager
- Update to latest GPU drivers & force Resolve.exe to use my Nvidia GPU
- Switching from "Game ready drivers" to "Studio drivers"
- Uninstall/reinstall all BMD/DR apps (RAW components, control panels, etc.)
- Rename the Preferences folder in AppData as "Preferences.old" during uninstallation (doing so actually furthered the processes on the splash screen, before it would get stuck at "Loading project settings", but now it gets stuck at "Loading projects")
- Unplugged all audio USB devices
- Running Resolve.exe as admin

Update: downgrading to 19.1.2 was the solution.

I removed the Davinci panels in windows add and remove programmes, and this worked for me, after windows 11 updated today is when Davinci Resolved stopped working.

I am having the same issue - it just happened suddenly. I downgraded from 19.1.4 to19.1.3 but same issue. Task Manger shows Resolve is "running" but it's not.
HELP!
