I'm a new user of DaVinci Resolve. I downloaded the free version of DaVinci Resolve on my laptop and use it few times without any issue at the beginning of the year. Last month i did try to use it and I have this problem: as you can see from the images I have attached, the program can't play the video. Did try to install new version also uninstall laptop updates without any luck.
could someone can help with issue?
