Vertical scroll speed is too fast

Vertical scroll speed is too fast in Davinci Resolve. I scroll just once with my mouse wheel and boom it skips 3 whole tracks as seen in the images when I want a slight move. Is there a way to change the sensitivity of vertical scrolling? I've looked it up in the settings and internet but couldn't find any. I tried windows settings, it doesn't affect Davinci. Also I know I can drag and move by pressing the middle mouse button but it also moves it horizontally and I don't want that. Thanks in advance.

There's no user access to mouse behavior.

Mouse scroll wheel behaviour is an operating system function. There are 3rd party apps available that will control this.
