PTZ Move SE Camera Interface

PostFri Feb 02, 2024 9:47 pm

I currently have three PTZ cameras attached to my ATEM TV Studio HD. The first two cameras are PTZ -30 and work great. The newest camera is the PTZ Move SE. When the tracking is turned off the display on the ATEM is normal. As soon as I turn on the tracking, the display flickers a lot. Again, if I turn off the tracking all is well. I have checked all of my SDI connections and the settings are the same as the other two cameras. When I view the camera via the network the camera itself is fine. So, it has to be a setting that I am missing some where. Any ideas?

I have the same problem, the flickering would come and go but for me it happens even if auto tracking is turned off. I have done some testing and found no issues with cables or power deliveries, in fact old PTZOptics 30x cameras no issues but only happens with move se.

My theory is that is some kind of signal incopatibility for SDI, I don't think it happens over HDMI, didn't see it in webinterface either.

I can see that PTZOptics released a firmware update with the following fix: "Addressed a clocking issue between the SDI output of the PTZOptics Move SE cameras and certain SDI equipment."

However this has not fixed the issue for me
