deactivate second Studio Licence?

Folks

I'm sharing my Studio Licence with a fellow editor who is working on the same project.

He has now decided to get his own Keyboard Editor which will have its own licence.

How do he disable the licence on his computer?

Will I have to reinstal my licence after he disables the second licence?

Open Davinci Resolve, go to Help->Deactivate License

If you have a card with license key, that key can be used on 2 different devices in the same time.
If one is deactivated, it will not affect your device. Once he deactivate from his computer means that you have one license key left to activate it on another mac/pc.
