Duplicating Files?

I just imported a bunch of videos from 1 folder into Davinci Resolve Studio 20. When I put 4 videos into a new bin, it populates that whole bin with all of the footage from the same folder on my hard drive. When I go back to the bin I moved them out of, they've respawned. I need to sort my footage, which is all in 1 folder on my hard drive, into various bins. I can't do this because every time I try to sort, it magically fills the entire bin with all of the footage. Is this a bug or a feature that I'm unaware of?

It would help if you made a narrated screen capture of you doing this. That way we can really see what’s going on.

Thanks for making the video. Need all the context though. That’s why it’s helpful to narrate. In this case we can’t even see the full UI. We need to see what your setup looks like including how you’ve got the project. A simple reproducible test case.
