Choppy and slow audio on all pages except Fairlight page

My WAV files are playing half speed and choppy on CUT, EDIT and COLOR pages but plays correctly on MEDIA and FAIRLIGHT page.

Despite: Deleting the audio and re-inserting to the timeline, Saving the Project, Restarting my M2 Max Studio and restarting DR Resolve Studio 19.1.4 the issue persists.

The whole problem started after I rendered the project.

Plays fine in Fairlight page but not cut/edit page.

WTH?

In your project settings - what's the playback frame rate?

Because Fairlight is designed for audio work, it will drop whatever video frames it has to in order to achieve real time audio playback.

The other pages may be struggling to play that video.

Thanks for the replies everyone. It appears I didn’t get a notification of your kind advice. Particular Thanks to Robert. Yes. My Playback Frame Rate was different from my Timeline Frame Rate. That was the problem.

Glad that helped. Has tripped me over occasionally.
