Can't save project settings after loading a saved preset

I have created a couple of presets in the project settings. But if I choose one of them from the list (Load Preset), the save button becomes inactive (greyed out). I can select a timeline resolution from the list and then save, but as said, not if I select one of my presets.

You don't need to Save. The Load does the work.

Okay, confusing.
