Voice Isolation on Individual Clips

PostFri May 16, 2025 10:11 pm

I dont know why, but now I can no longer select individual clips and use voice isolation. for example. I have a bunch of clips in my timeline, and a couple of them need voice isolation as he is far away from the DJI mic i have on my main guy. so I cut the clip, raise the volume on the 2nd speaker and now have no way to use Voice isolation on JUST that clip. I have to select the whole track from the left hand side. Why the hell did you take this option away, this is complete nonsense.

I find VI available on my stereo clips, just not my mono clips.

Curious.

That's odd since voice is usually on mono clips you would expect VI to work for mono clip.

I recall the effect requiring either mono or stereo in the past. Wouldn't work on a 5.1 clip, or a polywave, for example.

Could be a legit bug in the Beta.
