AI Beat Detect -> Split Clips

PostTue May 20, 2025 3:01 pm

Hi all,

I know that you can split clips by setting timeline markers and then shifting through them and ctrl+B'ing, but is there a way to use the new AI beat detect function, to transfer these beat detections straight to timeline markers so you can use them to split clips instantly? Or a workaround method to get this done much faster?

It would be nice to have the AI beat detect set timeline markers as well if requested and then have an instant way of splitting your clips in the timeline at all these points.
If anyone knows of a good way to achieve this?

Thank you very much

Maybe scripting could do this?
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
