Audio problems

20.0.4 Update has my audio not playing anything except track 1 when I make any audio changes.
When I check in fairlight my audio has disappeared from the fairlight tracks but still displays in the edit page.

There has been a minor update to version 20 beta 4 to address audio issues. Re-download and re-install it.
