AI Voice Convert... will not initialize in Beta 3 or 4

Hello,
I am running B4 (previously B3) and I cannot use the AI Voice Convert... feature. I right click my audio (5 second voice clip), choose any built in voice, any option (Render in place etc.) and then I get a dialog stating "Initializing..."

but it will never initialize (for fun I let it go for 2 hours). If I try to cancel it, the dialog changes to "Cancelling..."

and Resolve will then appear to hang there. I must then kill Resolve.

I am using an Nvidia RTX 3080 (latest drivers as of today).

I can provide the DXDiag.txt and Sysinfo.nfo if needed.
