I am new to Davinci and have tried speed ramping, but for the life of me , i cannot get a smooth output. (i dont think the problem lies with my actual speed ramping process) , have used retime in edit and time
I film 60 fps 4k 120 shutter speed footage from my iphone. i do track and stabilize the footage in fusion before speed ramping.
What is the best fps settings for the clips and the timeline? Should i be bringing my 60 fps footage into a 30 fps timeline or should i be keeping the timeline settings to 60 to match my footage?
Also, should i change my clip attributes to match the 30 fps timeline or should i keep it at 60 fps?
I will be exporting to 30 fps for social media.
Any help would be appreciated. Have watched hours and hours of speed ramping tutorials on youtube but they dont touch on the topic of frame rates pertaining to davinci.
