Deleting Files From Blackmagic Cloud

Hello, I have tried everything under the sun to delete and clear up the storage on Blackmagic Cloud. I went as far as to delete my Project Library (which I wanted to keep). I have no projects and no files that I can see however it is still showing I'm using over half of my storage.

Contacting support seems to be non-existent and YouTube University doesn't seem to have an answer either. Does anyone know a fix for this? And why in the world is it so difficult to delete everything on the darn cloud?
