Error 700 when I start a project (NVIDIA RTX A2000)

As soon as I import media into DaVinci 20 (same error in version 19), I get the following error -700:
“the gpu failed to perform image processing because of an error
configuration”
OS: Windows 11 Pro
GPU: NVIDIA RTX A2000 12GB (driver updated)
NLE: DaVinci Resolve 20
I've already tried changing the settings in “Preferences/Memory and GPU” to Auto, then CUDA, then OpenCL, as recommended in the forums. But nothing works. Help

What specific NVIDIA driver are you using?

Please provide a Resolve diagnostics log (generated using the Resolve Help menu selection) and a Windows System Information .NFO file. Open System Information and select File - Save to make the .NFO file.

I'm not seeing an issue with an A2000 and your project.

For sure the GPU processing mode needs to be CUDA or AUTO. Never use OpenCL with an NVIDIA GPU.

Your project has 1 HD H.264 MP4 file in it. Did adding that file cause the 700 Error?

I've tried adding lots of various H.264 files into the Media Pool with no issue.

I originally had the current 576.52 NVIDIA driver installed. I installed the 573.24 driver you are using, and still no issues.

I see you have 3 displays connected, including a 1280x1024 display. Remove that display and see if that makes a difference. And if not remove one of the 1920x1080 displays as well, so you only have one display connected. Does that make a difference?

I've tried adding a new HD H.264 MP4 file, but it's giving me error 719, and I can't see any image or sound other than the sound modulation graph.

I've tried unsuccessfully to remove a screen from the Windows system, but it's impossible! So I can't be sure if that's where the error is coming from.
I'm a bit at a loss.

What is the issue with removing the 1280x1024 display? Can't you just disconnect the cable to the display?

Hello, even if I disconnect my screen, it is still present in the windows system tab. And here, I can't delete it, which could explain this error 700, or not.Thanks
