DCTL inspector immediately becomes unusable

PostMon Jun 02, 2025 5:16 pm

I have 4 reputable and commercially available DCTLs in one fixed node tree I use for most work, and the last few sessions, it will regularly become unsynced from the node I have selected. so I'll work in DCTL1, then move onto DCTL2 a few nodes away, but the UI is still DCTL1.

If I reload the DCTL from inside the dropdown, that now becomes the new stuck UI.
Resetting the nodes/grade doesn't stop this. Changing/resetting UI doesn't help.
Isolating it fully to 1 + 1 nodes, the issue persists.
It happens only on DCTL nodes, other tools clear the inspector UI and reflect accurately.
It happens across all timelines and projects.
If I reset the DCTL menu to NONE, the previous parameters all stay in place. Sometimes for one reset, sometimes multiple.

Similarly, my CST nodes now also hang on the wrong inputs/outputs until I "Swap", then they refresh to the correct values and swap from what they were, and I swap them back. Now if I go to another CST after that, it shows the last CST's parameters.

The first DCTL I look at becomes the only UI, no matter what DCTL, until I reload it/another and then it repeats, rendering them unusable.
