Not a big deal and I have probably missed a setting!
In the Fusion 3d space if you have a white spotlight within the view of a camera but pointing at the target you can see what appears to be its light directly (the centre white light in the first image). If you spin the spotlight round by 180 degrees to point at the camera, I would expect to see the (white) light from it directly but don’t? As a double check, if you make the spotlight red and point it at a blue image-plane you still see the red light.
