Can't open davinci

I have tried several solutions online but cannot figure out what is the cause. I ran the capturelogs.bat file and saved my system info here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... sp=sharing

Had the same issue a few times. If you do a restart, can you then open? If so, close it and then go to taske manager and scroll down to see if there are still some things Davinci running. You can close them with task manager. Sorry, I am assuming Windows...
