Why is my text, placed over clip via Surface Tracker, jiggly

Trying to track a video clip zooming out, to put text over the clip like it's in the room. Text needs to be affected by the camera zoom. I use the Surface Tracker in Fusion page and it worked but the text is jiggly. Nothing smooth about it. Here's a link to the clip once tracked and finished.

Why did you use the surface tracker? The planar tracker set to size and position will probably work much better for this specific shot.

My mistake, I did use the Planar Tracker for this. I originally tried the Surface Tracker a few days ago which worked incredibly poorly. This Planar tracker wasn't as bad but still, pretty jiggly making it quite unusable.

Any chance this wiggly text could be because the video was shot at 29.97 fps but the edit Timeline is 23.97?
If so, how can I fix it?

It could be a part of it, but if the video itself plays back withou issue, the track shouldn't have an issue either.

What did you track? If you just tracked the white, it will never work well because there's no contrast. I would track something like the sink handle or the flowers. And not to be pedantic but you do know both words are misspelled, right? Unless it's an intro to Farrah Fawcett and a relative having a jousting match.

AKA In the Planar Tracker - set Motion Type to be Translation, Rotation, Scale as opposed to the default Perspective setting should improve it... (also set Tracker to Hybrid Point/Area)
