PostWed Mar 12, 2014 12:39 pm

I`ve just recieved bmpcc from bhp (i live in russia) and what i see - Transparent rectagle in right side, bug with colors a little bit, horizontal line.
What the hell???? I`ve get credit, may be it`s just a joke for Blackmagic design, they can do they want, but i really have a money trouble, i must save money , and defect goods - last thing i want recieve.
Thats not funny for me.
Blackmagic design - send me new camera , and pay shipment , i`ll send this broken.

That looks like a damaged LCD screen.

Best would be to contact BM directly. They should issue you with and RMA so you can return it and get it replaced.

Contact details here:

I'm guessing Russia would be covered under Asia tho you could also try Europe.

Hi Freyr,

Is the shaded section of the camera's LCD visible on a recorded clip when you view it in your editing software?

Best regards,

Don't. Most any class 10 card won't be fast enough.

I have no garantee from bhp, that they will send normal quality camera, because my defective have "bloom" problem else. I think that ideal variant is i send my camera to blackmagic, they send 100% working no problem variant to me.
