Davinci Gpu image processing is based on Nvidia cards... No Ati Radeon. Ati Radeon is only for Gui graphics processor. I think is your graphic card..

Ok I understand if the performance is not that good but now it doesn't work at all...
Even the new Mac Pro has an ATI graphic card. Which mac do I have to buy to be able to work with Davinci Resolve? I would never use windows...
Do you have any recommendations?

I believe Resolve 9 requires a minimum 512MB GDDR5 video memory and the oldest iMac that is now supported is from 2011. Certainly the current iMac 2012 works but you should select the BTO with the 3.4GHz processor, ideally the NVidia GTX 680MX with 2GB GDDR5 video memory and at least 16GB system memory. Fusion drive shouldn't hurt but it seems pricey for the current 128GB SSD.

The graphics chipset in your iMac is not supported. As Rick mentions, only 2011 and newer iMac models are supported.
