Opacity of an object

PostFri Aug 28, 2015 4:31 am

Hi! Just installed Fusion on my Mac Pro and have a very quick question. I am trying to figure out how to fade an object (like a photo) in or out, just not able to find the controls to do so. Is there something I am missing or does this tool not exist? Any help is very much appreciated. Thank you!

Fade out how? Is this a composite, or 3D image plane, or you just want to dip to black?

It's "Blend" slider in Merge node. You always need Bg & Fg in your composite.

If you only have one video to fade out you can just pipe it into a BrightnessContrast tool an animate the Gain Slider from 1.0 to 0.0
