Unfortunately there isn't a perfect inexpensive solution. The 3M anti-glare film reduces reflections, but also slightly reduces the perceived sharpness of a display. A much better solution is something like an Alphatron EVF, but obviously much more expensive.
Andrew used the 3M anti-glare film on his BMCC when he shot his "Trip to Mexico" video and found it helpful, but not ideal.
I'll be interested to try the Hoodman 5" sunshade on the touchscreen LCD if my BMCC ever arrives, together with the anti-glare film and by itself. The front edge of the Hoodman sunshade is soft Velcro fabric, so it might be possible to attach it using hook-Velcro tape on the camera.
Thanks for the reply Peter. I know the solutions you shared above and I did not want to use 3M anti-glare film because of the sharpness issue, I usually pulls my own focus this is the reason behind it.
Hoodman 5" sunshade could be the ideal solution for know but I forgot it to be honest...

Let's talk back about the camera.
Now, we are exporting proxies to cut the project.
We curious about just one question for this step, we are exporting proxies as Apple ProRes 422 LT @1920x1080. So how many stops we lost with that conversion?
On the other hand I did not find metadata entry function that useful. Yes It could be useful but I cannot change every column on every other shot.
Roll, Slate, Shot column are OK but I wish they made take column auto increase and auto reset function as default. On this project, I don't have enough time to change every column between shots and I forgot to make that take column to "1" every time. So our metadata entries are very confusing...
I believe, It might be good to make "take column" to have auto reset and auto increase functions, while other columns are manuel...
