F8 B2 Won't open dialogues / windows?

Slightly odd - but Fusion 8 Beta's "main ui" won't open any windows / dialogue boxes for me?

(worked fine in F8 Beta1)

File -> Open doesn't open a window.
File -> Preferences doesn't open a window
Ctrl B won't open the Bins
Help -> About won't open a window.

However if I create a Saver node then the File Name saving dialogue opens like expected.

Finally, the "Do you want to Save Changes?" dialogue when quitting also appears like normal

do you see FusionScript services for Fusion in the task manager background processes?

It could be that in your install, somehow the permission for that didn't work.
Check firewall for that.

I have FuScript.exe and the main Fusion.exe - that's all.

Will try a re-install...

Re-install didn't fix it - will look at Firewall...

'Fraid Firewall didn't change anything either - tried reinstalling with the new Firewall settings too, no change.

This is what you should have in the taskmanager in background processes

Same problems on my home PC (Win7 64, Fusion Beta2). No "Open" , no "Preferences", no Scripts...

Additionally, FusionQTServer32 is starting only if Fusion will be executed under Administrator account.

Running processes:

FuScript.exe
FusionQTServer.exe*32
FusionServer.exe

any update on that?
I have the same issue. No PopUps/Windows. Shortcuts are also completely not working in Fusion 8 Beta 2.
