(BUG) Negative values in timeline

PostFri Nov 06, 2015 10:56 am

Fusion stuck at frame 1 when rendering to flipbook with negative values on a timeline (i.e. -10..10).

Also, when rendering with Render Manager, it doesn't respect "remaining" value, when in negative range.

I know you are posting this as a bug-report and not because you have no idea how to work around this, so please understand my question as "what if Rick had to work around this in a situation" :)

Wouldn't it be super simple to workaround to use a TimeSpeed-Node after the whole tree, leaving the speed at 1 and adjusting the Delay accordingly?

Yes, this is a real workaround when you need to Flipbook something at the end of a comp, but sometimes you need to FB something in between. Well, also Fusion sets the "-" character in sequence name in negative part of render, and those names can not be readable back by Fusion (it shows 2 sequences in loader window, instead of 1). The workaround for this issue is to check "Saver-relative Numbering" switch in a Saver node.
