Hey there,
im using the Beta Version of Fusion 8 right now, since i so damn like the new interface of it
But i already tried to do my job with Fusion 7 and it has the same problem, so its not the Beta that is responsible for this.
I have the following problem: Everytime i try to create an animated texture with the Paint Tool i run into serious trouble when i animate the PolylineStrokes with their WriteOnStartGroup. I need a lot of paint strokes to create a pattern of a cracking sphere that was hit by something. I've attached the pattern i created and that i now want to animate.
So ... when i start to animate the WriteOnStartGroup on the individual lines, everything is working for the first lines but as i move on further and have animated something like 10 lines, Fusion crashes. I already increased the RAM-Size for the cache to 90 %, my system has 16 GB RAM, but it doesnt help. Also when i save the file with the animation in it and open it up later, when i drag the tool to one of the viewports, Fusion crashes again. So its impossible to edit this further.
I have 2 Paint Tools, one for the bigger lines and one for the smaller lines. I did not even get to the smaller lines, Fusion crashes already when i animate the bigger (and fewer) ones
Is there any way to solve this problem? Do i really have to create a paint tool for each and every stroke so that i can cache each and every stroke to disk? This would be an insane amount of work and hell - those are just strokes ^^ this cant be it, really?! :-/
I hope you can help me on that.
Many thanks in advance
