I'm searching a node to mask a footage downstream without merging it with a transparent backgroud in fusion ?

Hi Noel.

You can use a Matte Control with the mask attached to the Garbage Matte input.

You can also use a brightness/contrast node. input mask, turn on alpha button, and slide gain to 0.
