How many machines can I install Resolve?

Hello everybody! I`m buying the BMCC and was wondering on how many machines will I be able to install the shipping copy of Resolve. Could I have it installed on my laptop for DIT work and on my main Workstation as well?

It's a USB plug that must be connected to the machine currently running the software.

It's a form of software copy protection which allows you to install the software on multiple machines, but it only allows you to run the software on one machine at a time.
