I'd call again and ask to speak to a manager, because I've never encountered an issue where I cant switch my order. So long as it hasn't shipped, they will sub anything on the order for anything else
I mean it's in their best interest. Two Sandisk 240's cost me $40 more than the one Crucial 512GB, and no company turns down extra profit

Did you receive the SSD when your ordered in July, or is everything still on order for you (assuming your camera hasn't shipped yet)?
I placed my order late in August and received my SSD and a few other components then, but the camera is still backordered so it's sitting brand new and untouched in its box in a case in my room.
Apparently they're firm on their 30 day return policy and won't exchange it even though it's brand new in the box and I'm unable to use it (since I still don't even have my camera yet).
$400 wasted for a camera I don't even have yet. Awesome.
