Exporting at clip's framerate, what did I miss?

PostFri Apr 27, 2018 7:28 pm

I started with a source at 23 fps plus some change. I took the editted version and turned it into a composite clip, then sped it up to 25 fps with "change clip speed" and changed the framerate to 25 in "project settings". In the project settings dialogue, the timeline framerate is still locked to the original framerate. I'd like to export this clip at 25 fps, but am only given the option of the original framerate or 3:2. I feel like I missed a step here.

You need to specify the final frame rate for the timeline before adding clips with any different rate.
My disaster protection: export a .drp file to a physically separated storage regularly.
