ResolveFX Controls

Could someone tell me what the diamond-shape buttons on the right side of the OpenFX>ResolveFX control panels are there for:



They turn red when selected. I thought maybe to turn off or lock (as appropriate) individual parameter settings, but they appear to do nothing, and there is no hover-over tool-tip.

Can't see any mention in the 14.3 Manual or 15 Beta New Features Guide either.

Those should be keyframe indicators, like on the other parameters in the Inspector, if I am not mistaken.
