Time-lapse with Non Sequential photos / Removing spaces

PostWed May 02, 2018 12:06 pm

Greetings:

I am working on a project that has a time-lapse that was taken over the course of 10 months or so every 15 min. This means that I had to take out a good chunk of photos for evenings, snowy days, etc. However, this means that the photos are no longer sequential, and Davinci doesn't recognize it as a time-lapse. This means that each photo gets inserted with it's standard 5 second duration. I can select all photos and give them a time of 00:00:01, but now every frame is spaced 4.9 minutes apart. Is there any other way than moving literally thousands of individual frames to remove the spaces in my project?

Thanks,
Trent

Try, In Preferences, user, set the still frame duration to 1 frame.
