Changing design of individual words or lines in a title

Wondering if there is anyway to change the font or size of single words within a larger title, can't seem to work out how this would be possible?

Click the title to make it visible in the inspector,
select the text in the inspector text box you want to customise, and change font properties below.
Without any specifically selected text, any changed font properties updates the whole title text

Ah thank you, for some reason this wasn't working last week! Is this an update recently or was I just doing something wrong before?
