Delayed Rendering

In v15, when putting a small 4 second render to the queue in the deliver page, Resolve just sits there seemingly idle for at least 60 seconds before beginning the render. This only started when I moved to a PostgreSQL database. I've optimized the database already so Im not sure what is going on.

Still having this issue. Every render job submitted now takes between 1 and 4 minutes before it starts to render.

As reported in another thread, I found that after disabling Collaboration mode this issue was avoided. After disabling collaboration mode, now clips begin to render immediately -- not a fix, but a work-around.
