Davinci Resolve 15 won't install

I trying to run Davinici Resolve 15 Install on the following system. It just freezes and the windows starts complaining that installer is not responding

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2670QM CPU @ 2.20GHz
12 GB RAM 2133 Mhz
GeForce Nvidia 540M GPU

Anything i can do to get it installed.

Please read the configuration guide. Your system isn't up to it.
My disaster protection: export a .drp file to a physically separated storage regularly.
