Exporting to Network Volume - low tranfer rate

Hi all

I have a problem with optimizing my export to the network volume. DaVinci 15b3, PC connected with NAS in other room through 1Gb router. When I simply copy files from local drive to NAS the transfer rate is 1Gb/s but during export this rate goes down to 250-300 mb/s

I wonder why it is happening.

This is quite normal. Copy command uses buffering/does requests ahead (it's quite heavily optimised).
BM exporter won't do these things and it's quite typical that it's much slower than copy task.

I lso assume you are not reading end exporting to the same NAS.
You can try enabling jumbo frames if this is supported on ALL your devices in the chain.
