15b3 - MXF Op1A DNXHR broken at 4k+

DNXHR in mxf op1a fail at resolutions higher than 4096 - example if your trying to export at source resolution. Same dnxhr export in quicktime wrapper works.
Primary: TRX40 Xtreme (3970x), Decklink Extreme 12G, 2x RTX3090, Areca Raid
