Audio metadata track names not showing in Resolve timeline

PostSat May 26, 2018 1:22 am

I am using Resolve 15.3 and when I import my synced audio into the timeline I do not get to see the individual track names that my soundie called them. I can see them in the metadata column but they do not show up in the timeline which is making editing frustrating. I tested it in FCPX and the track names show up instantly.

Have I missed a step somewhere in my import/syncing process?

Here are some screenshots to my timeline plus FCPX

Resolve offers extensive features to compose clip names (in 15) or display names (in 14) from metadata.
Please check the manual.
My disaster protection: export a .drp file to a physically separated storage regularly.
