Disable topmost audio layer mutes all lower layers

I don't know if it is a bug or not. In case it is not considered a bug then consider it as a feature request.

When I have an audio track with more than one layer if I disable the top most layer I expect to hear the lower one as it is not disabled but the disabled layer mutes all the track.

What do you think about it?

We dont currently permit mute or solo of channels within a track.
