I had a project in 14.3 where I had Output Blanking set to 2.35. After opening the project with 15 beta the output blanking is gone and when I select any value there or hit reset - nothing happens.
Output blanking similar here. To be more precise, it shows up okay on timeline playback but only up to the point of the timeline rendering. It then vanishes. On full screen mode it show up intermittently and when the playback is paused -. V14 is still fine.

Output blanking disables the Deliver Page video preview when playing. Output through the BMD Mini Monitor is unaffected. Enabling the scopes fixes the issue.

I think I've solved this way: playback > proxy mode > half resolution Before proxy mode was off. Now the Output Blanking is ok Can be on a iMacPro (2017) a lack of resource problem? It's only a 1920x1080 H264 not professional footage and rought cut timeline!
