ColorTrace frame rate issue?

Hi,
Got this error message using ColorTrace:

The source project and current project are conformed using different frame rates. Source Project (fps): 29.97 Current Project (fps): 29.97 Automatic Grade Copy would not work with mismatched frame rates.

As you can see, they ARE the same frame rate. Any idea as why Resolve would not see them as the same frame rate when it clearly is?

Is it possible that one is drop-frame?

One workaround: I would just manually copy across a range of frames and move on.
