Audio Delay keeps deactivating

I have a FairlightFX Delay applied to some clips as a sound design effect and multiple times I go back to the clip to discover the delay effect is no longer present even though the plugin is still there. Changing the parameters and turning the effect Off and On doesn't bring it back. I've had to recreate it about 4 times now.

Can you see if you get the same issue if you use the effect as a track rather than a clip effect?

How do I apply FX to the track? Is that only within the Fairlight page?
