Data Burn In - Source Name/Souce Timecode don't update

When using Data Burn-In, the source timecode/names do not update correctly when playing in real-time. More specifically, it works on the current clip in the timeline but then stops when getting to the next clip.

The updates stop completely after moving into the next clip?

Or the burn in goes away in the next clip?

if it goes away, make sure you've applied the burn in settings in the Project mode and not the Clip mode.
