DR15b5 Unstable

PostMon Jun 18, 2018 7:48 am

Unlike the betas before b5 has been quite unstable. I get freezes for no particular reason. Film Convert plug in does not work. I have now gone back to 15b4 and all seems to be good.

Film convert is working fine for me on a very similar, even a tad slower machine.
Why are you not using MacOS 10.13.5?

I was in contact with the Film Convert support staff during the Davinci Resolve 14 Beta. They explained that they always release their compatible update after the beta is done.

So this is probably not an issue caused by Blackmagic. You will just have to wait until a few weeks after the non-beta 15.0 release of Davinci until Filmconvert releases a compatible version.

Strange... tried b5 again. Same thing - no Film Convert and freezes. No such issues with b4.

Just wanted to wait a bit with 10.13.5 till I read all is good with it. You obviously happy with it?

I didn't dare to use earlier versions ;-)
