[request] set up project settings when starting new project

Hi,

I think it might make sense to add a requester when starting a new project that lets you set all the parameters of the project you're starting.

At the moment you can only set the name and then you have to go into the project settings seperately.
Especially when switching back and forth between 4K, HD and various frame rates some sort of interface that will let you set resolution, frame rate, number of video/audio tracks and the audio rate would definitely streamline my workflow.

You can save the project settings as a preset you can use later.

Most of my projects use the same settings. I would find such a dialog annoying. The current manual Preset option is best.

Even if it would default to your last setting used, so you'd only have to press 'okay' once?

We don't feel its beneficial to cause the project settings window to open for every new project when many times nothing changes from the default, or user set default.
If you do need to change it, there are keyboard shortcuts and also one mouse click to gain access so access to these settings is simple if you need them.
