Transition only on second clip?

Hi,

I'm new to DaVinci Resolve and I've got a problem. I started editing a few hours ago and I added transitions between a few clips and it worked fine by just dragging the transition from the Effects Library in the middle.

Now I've added a new clip (same format) and it doesn't wanna place the transition on both clips anymore. It only sticks and works on the second one but I want the transition on both clips like in the first screenshot.

For any transition to work it needs video or audio under the full duration of the transition.

Thanks for your answer. After cutting a little bit off the beginning of the second clip, it seems to work fine now. I'm still wondering why it happened, since there was video and audio (around 90 seconds in both directions) under the transition. Anyways, thanks for your help. Resolve is awesome btw.
