GPU Error handling - crashes 15B5 on Win

There is defo something wonky in GPU error handling (see my specs below)

It keeps crashing all the time - many bug reports sent / critical errors

Things work well when I turn off grades - it does the same thing on a few different machines

Anyway - a heads up

Also need a Windows System Information .NFO file. Open Windows System Information and select File - Save.
