Having system details could be helpful.
Provide a Windows System Information .NFO file. Run Windows System Information and do a File - Save to create the .NFO file.
Provide a Resolve logs .zip file. In File Explorer, go to:
C:\Program Files\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve
And run CaptureLogs.
Put the .NFO and .zip files on a file sharing site and provide a link to the files here.
