Where to get DaVinci Resolve 14.3.1 ??

On the news page it says (for Windows)

Where the hell is this Resolve Installer icon? And I can't find the page for 14 version on the website. So

ok, found it! There's a popup (which did not open on my machine for some reason) with a registration form. So I had to open the link in a different browser.

Now, the link itself look like a tag (in the news). Guys, please write a sentence next time - 'For update on Windows follow this LINK'. It's that simple.
